I recommend people to stay away from Guardio. They are really sketchy and employ scare tactics to try to make you pay. Like the ones McCafee and Norton use. Permanent connection with Microsoft servers, Google servers, maybe some anti virus system servers, you have Steam running, maybe Epic Games, Discord, your internet provider, your VPN, etc The only difference in data collection is who is collecting it Tencent, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Kaspersky, maybe the NSA, CIA, Interpol, FSB, etc And then they sell it to some ad companies and suddenly you get banner ads about things you searched online or talked about If someone wants to collect your data, they will collect it, tray icon or not

Riot's intentions are very clear here; I have seen maybe two hackers in League in the last 5 years, and nobody complains about it anymore. It's insanely obvious if someone is cheating, and when everyone reports them they will be banned. Their only reason for making us install this is to gain access to our PC

Your point its very interesting and even shareable. I even make a request on support's Riot to explain how vanguard use over 70% of cpu in some moment when I play the game. I make even a request why, after a few minutes after I start the game, I had dropbox active on background. The answer I received is a "no answer". Like please uninstall dropbox we not had relationship with that program. Recently I receive these answers in sequence uninstall antivirus->uninstall and reinstall valorant->make a new installation of Windows->please call a pc's expert. Bullshit I'm a IT guy (not a very high one but modest one). For my luck I had another SSD to make this stupid request but, the problem (disconnection for first), not change. Riot made a mess with Valorant. I'd like to see if someone put a stop.

Faceit is not part of the official CS game, a bit of a false equivalency. Faceit is optional and only installed for people who actively seek it out for the purpose of playing on a network with “better” anticheat (a low bar at the moment admittedly)

it ruin my lol set up i have a aspire 7 gaming laptop with 32 gb ram GTX 1650 and AMD 5500 + huion tablen pen lol was running smooth on max settings then the anti cheat update happen and a list of errors happen - my usb mause and pet tablet got bugs - i cant open the riot client or the game - i got black screen in game - my FPS drop and start to lag

How to know about suspicious connection

This is a GREAT video! I am looking to see if I should relinquish my AVG Antirvirus that I pay for, or switch to another provider. I'll look through your videos to see about an AVG paid review rate. I see tons of videos for the FREE AVG but what about the paid or subscriber version? I use AVG because they are device friendly and I cover all of my devices with AVG.

Just a heads up for anyone facing this and actually wants to do something about it. Contact McAfee's chat support and say you want to report one of their official affiliates for using malicious or deceptive practices, such as fake 'virus detected' popups, and then provide them with all relevant links. They will then (apparently) deal with the issue as appropriate, but due to data protection you will not be informed of the outcome (that's pretty standard).

Y’all should close ports 21 and 22 on your PC. Those are the most vulnerable ports all the hacker needs to know to hack them. Is your IP address and then they get to login and if they guess your computer login passcode, they are in to your computer
